U.P.K.L. and TCP dutes

U.P.K.L. respects the conditions for the protection of students regarding the timing of withdrawal of the degree by implementing the following binding provisions also for recognized TCP centers:

Student enrollment data monitoring:
U.P.K.L. and the recognized TCP centers manage the registration, evaluation and release of qualifications data through the platform www.sport-education.eu
The data access levels are secure and managed through authorized access blockchains according to relevant and classified qualifications

Data base split to TCP for TCP center and next split to
- Internal and External Audit Officer (as of date)
- Coordinator (all data)
. Tutor (for training processes)
- Assessor (for evaluation processes)
This approach allows U.P.K.L. to monitor student enrollments even on a daily basis, through structured reports and evaluate every single position of the recognized TCP centers to manage the risks related to individual events, including adversities due to the withdrawal of qualifications or recognition from the U.P.K.L. or to the recognized TCP center.

U.P.K.L. undertakes not to withdraw any qualifications in the presence of registered students. In the presence of students enrolled U.P.K.L. undertakes to accept the enrollment of new eligible students.

TCP center award
The recognized TCP center that intends to renounce accreditation for the release of qualifications is obliged to complete the ongoing release processes for enrolled students.
The recognized TCP center that intends to renounce accreditation must communicate this in writing with 6 months' notice.
The recognized TCP center whose accreditation is revoked, in agreement with U.P.K.L. must provide with charges and actions to redistribute students to other recognized TCP centers, any damage suffered by students, typos by the U.P.K.L., will be charged to the recognized TCP center resigned with the additional costs if legal action is required for the recovery.

Withdrawal of qualifications for regulatory requirements
U.P.K.L. can order the withdrawal of qualifications because
1) are no longer fit for purpose;
2) no longer meet the regulatory requirements of the laws of the countries in which the recognized TCP centers are operating
3) has been replaced with an alternative qualification
4) is obliged by legal act of the accrediting bodies U.P.K.L.
In all these cases, or for unforeseen cases related to the adoption of a state of emergency in the countries where the recognized TCP centers, U.P.K.L. before putting in place the withdrawal to communicate immediately and notice from to 30 days to 180 days, except for governmental orders received regarding the adoption of the state of emergency, of the detailed plan for the withdrawal of the qualification.

In particular, the plan is expected to adopt:

step 1) qualification are no longer fit for purpose; a detailed qualification replacement plan is communicated to the recognized TCP centers, which include workforce updating processes, risk management mechanisms, and communication mechanisms for students and the public.
Holders of the annullated qualification weare guaranteed free of charge to upgrade to the new qualification introduced to replace the annullated.

step 2) qualifications that no longer meet the regulatory requirements of the laws of the countries in which the recognized TCP centers operate; A detailed qualification replacement plan is communicated to the recognized TCP centers, including workforce refresher processes, risk management mechanisms, student and public communication mechanisms.
Holders of the withdrawn qualification are guaranteed to be updated to the new qualification introduced to replace the one withdrawn under privileged conditions.

step 3) qualification that has been replaced with an alternative qualification; a detailed qualification replacement plan is communicated to the recognized TCP centers, which include workforce updating processes, risk management mechanisms, and communication mechanisms for students and the public.
Holders of the withdrawn qualification are guaranteed to be updated to the new qualification introduced to replace the withdrawn one by applying solution 1 or 2 according to the relevant logic

step 4) the withdrawal is obliged by legal act of the accrediting bodies U.P.K.L .; recognized TCP centers, a detailed plan for the redistribution of the centers is communicated to accredited bodies that manage similar qualifications and / or students at their accredited centers.
