TCP security measures

We are committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.
We operate in accordance with Working Together to Safeguard Children (DfES, 2017), Children Act (2004) and Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (2006) and European Charter of Children's Rights Resolution A30172 / 92 and UN International Charter of Human Rights 1948 and European Charter for the equality and equal rights of women and men, presented to the States General of the CEMR Innsbruck May 2006 we expect the same from our partners. Safeguard is essential! It is our collective duty to protect our students, our industry and society at large.
We adopt a centered and coordinated approach to safeguarding the child and the vulnerable person, which is supported by two key principles. These are considered in every aspect of the development, delivery and awarding of our products due to the needs of our students and the nature of our industry. We believe:
• safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. For services to be effective, every organization, professional and individual should play their full role in a person-centered approach. For services to be effective, we should all have a clear understanding of the needs and views of children and vulnerable groups.
As a recognized Training Center Partner (TCP), we expect you to be committed to and uphold these principles. You must actively work with us to ensure that warranties are built into all processes, products and services.
If you identify a safeguard issue in the development, delivery or assignment of any of our products, please report it to us immediately. It is imperative that this is done confidentially to protect everyone involved. We will confirm the reports within one day of receipt, confirming the timing for investigations and communications with the competent authorities, as appropriate.
