TCP compliance
We are committed to ethical practice and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Failure to comply with laws, regulations and our policy is considered non-compliant; classified as negligence or maladministration under the circumstances. The definitions and scenarios of neglect and maladministration by the recognized center are detailed in our negligence and maladministration policy and are fully aligned with the conditions of the approved center.
We expect all recognized TCP centers and any other third parties to disclose any suspicions of negligence and mismanagement as soon as this is detected. In all cases we will register the matter and supervise the investigation. We expect the center to work with us to gather evidence and enable us to make the appropriate decisions and take action proportionate to the offense. Any related evidence should be emailed to our services email address.
Upon receipt, the matter will then be referred to the Strategic Management Committee to manage the investigation in accordance with the UPKL Investigation Policy, which can be identified in the Policies section of this website. All involved will be notified of the situation within five days. working from receipt of any allegations with timing for investigation. Updates or results will be communicated every 20 working days.
The TCP center may be subject to a process monitoring inspection visit and is expected to cooperate fully in accordance with the agreement and conditions governing the U.P.K.L. TCP management could be invited to contribute to the investigation. We will catalog all the results and the final investigation report will be checked and contested by the IEAD Department and the recommendations made to the Board of U.P.K.L. for the final decision-making process and confirm, where necessary, the corrective actions to be implemented.
The TCP centers recognized by U.P.K.L. are eligible to receive guidance on how to prevent, investigate and manage negligence and maladministration. Acknowledged TCP core violations of our protocol are unacceptable and any report of non-compliance will involve an investigation and / or risk assessment to identify whether negligence or maladministration has occurred and will allow corrective action to be taken.
